Ron has been with The Arc for many years and has touched the lives of many employees through his job, contracted through our Employment Solutions Department. Ron does an amazing job detailing the large fleet of vehicles we have including the many vans from Springfield, Monett, and Joplin! In the time Ron has been with the Arc he has learned a great deal and truly thrived with his ability to work hard and make people smile. It is with great joy that Ron has now expanded his services to Arc employees and the Abilities First support coordinators for their vehicles! Ron is on his way to making a difference in our community one clean vehicle at a time.
