Tiara Slack has been an asset to The Arc of the Ozarks as the Quality Assurance Director the past four years. Tiara was promoted to Vice President of Quality Management in late February. Her responsibilities will include: Quality Assurance, Records, Client Information Systems, HIPAA, Health & Safety, Risk Management, Training/Staff Development, and Compliance (CARF, Medicaid-Waiver, DMH, VR, Children’s Division, etc). “We are excited to have Tiara join our Executive Team,” stated President/CEO Mike Powers. “She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organization.”
Before coming to The Arc, Tiara worked for the Department of Mental Health for 8 years doing Case Management and Quality Assurance. She became a Carf Surveyor in October of 2014 and have been surveying other organizations for over a year.
