First Annual Charity Car Show

On Saturday, July 23 at Country Girls Espresso in Springfield, The Arc will hold it’s first annual car show– Doughnuts Not Donuts. All funds raised will go back to the services provided in Springfield for our individuals with developmental disabilities.

Over 100 cars are expected to attend in hopes of winning best in show in their prospective class. The Arc has partnered with two local car clubs, 417 German Autostil and The Ozark’s Z Club, in an effort to raise awareness about the event and encourage a wide variety of participation.

417 German Autostil Officer, Jon Nuessle, stated “One of the goals for the Doughnuts Not Donuts show, alongside benefitting The Arc of the Ozarks, is to bring multiple genres of cars together. While we may be interested in different types of cars, we are all auto-enthusiasts and can relate to and respect each other’s passion.”

The event will be family friendly with two bounce houses, face painting, concessions from Country Girl Espresso and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and muchmore. Registration for cars is just $20 and all types are welcome.

Register your car today by contacting Lauren Holder at lholder@thearcoftheozarks.org or by following this link.
