Every summer many people talk about and plan family vacations. For many, the thought of sitting on the beach just enjoying the sun, sand, water and family is ideal. Becky and her sister Allene are no different. Because of the ladies’ hard work and dedication, and little extra help, they had the opportunity to take a fun-filled family vacation to Florida this past June. Before the vacation, each of the ladies went shopping. They purchased needed items such as clothes, shoes and a personal portable DVD player. Since the ladies were flying out to Florida, the DVD player was helpful during the wait for the flight.
The ladies arrived in Destin Florida on a Sunday night and stayed 4 nights and 5 days a block away from the beach. The vacation included trips to the beach, eating out at different restaurants, a road trip to Pensacola Florida, a Mardi Gras parade and shopping. The ladies wrapped up the vacation spending the day at the The Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. Upon arriving home, the ladies had lots of stories to share from the memories that were created.
A big thank you to J-Mark for helping Becky with her pre-vacation shopping trip. It truly made her vacation a success.
