I’ve been at The Arc of The Ozarks for over a decade, and what I love the most is the impact we get to make on our individuals. Without our help, they may not have the support they need. Being alongside them as they get out into their community and become integrated is the best part of working here. My position takes daily dedication and consistent commitment in order to help them achieve their individual goals. 

I love being able to see the growth and success our people achieve. Being able to help them reach their goals and experience new things is why I do this job.

I am thankful for a management team that is passionate about providing opportunities for employees’ development, both individually and professionally.  I appreciate being able to use the skill sets learned to help individuals to gain greater independence in their everyday life. I am grateful for all that The Arc provides to cultivate employees and I look forward to furthering my career with the company.   

My favorite thing about The is that it provides opportunity for those seeking stability or verticals and horizontal mobility in their workspace. I love my job because each day we help our individuals is one more day they know someone is there not giving up on them.
