The Joplin Community Living program aims to support individuals through a variety of supports to provide the most independence possible and meet individuals where they are. We provide the social support and direction that people may need in order to live in their own home. In both group and individual settings, we address each person’s needs with 24/7 support from registered nurses and professional support staff.  Through developing relationships and skills, we empower individuals to gain the confidence they need to build the life they wish to live in their communities.

Services offer professional support for individuals who:

• Have a developmental disability
• Have a co-occurring developmental disability and mental health disorders
• Have unique challenges that arise while aging in place
• Have autism spectrum disorders
