The Arc of the Ozarks raised $92K for children's autism services at their 28th Annual Gala. Highlights included live music, a silent auction, and a 12-week-old Standard Goldendoodle won at the live auction. A Congressional Resolution was presented to CEO Mike Powers and a new autism clinic was announced.

Newly remodeled pool at The Arc of the Ozarks means more summer fun for No Limits campers. Increased attendance and enriching activities promote social skills, independence, and education. Apply early for the 2023 season as space is limited.

Because DSPs are essential to fulfilling our mission, The Arc provides the training and resources they need to be successful. Becoming a DSP is more than just another job. It’s a rewarding career that builds lasting relationships and offers numerous opportunities for advancement. In fact, many of our managers at The Arc began their journey with us as direct support professionals.

The Open Buddy Bass Fishing Tournament and Monett Golf Tournament raised much-needed funds to support clients of The Arc of the Ozarks.

When he isn’t rocking out to his favorite music legend, Brian can be found going to different offices around Springfield to pick up paper to be shredded. He loves seeing other people working in the various businesses, and he’s especially proud of how many bags he can shred in a single shift. Brian has been working as a shredder since he began his employment back in 2006.

The Arc’s No Limits Summer Camp staff celebrated another successful year of camp. In 2020, our Education and Recreation Department made the tough decision to cancel No Limits due to the coronavirus. This year, with modifications and a smaller group of campers, the summer camp was able to be held, once again.
